As a full-service architectural firm of over 20 employees, we offer a comprehensive approach to our clients' needs. Our principals are directly involved in all stages of a project, from pre-construction to post-construction, developing creative solutions as needs arise, and responding quickly to any on-site issues.

Our associates and technical support staff include dedicated professionals with a wealth of design experience, allowing us to provide accurate and concise plans and specifications for each project. We also offer a range of cost-effective inhouse services, from feasibility studies, computer renderings, computer animation, to building and fire code consulting, and contract administration capabilities. In addition, we've worked hard to develop a trusted reputation among municipal staff, our suppliers, and the building trades. Maintaining a good relationship with these key groups ensures a smooth and reliable construction process from start to finish.

Our service philosophy is based on the conviction that each project offers its own unique complexities and solutions. In all our roles, we believe that teamwork is the key to the management of complex issues. As hands on partners, we are directly involved in the project development throughout all phases, from feasibility, involving site and/or massing studies to design development and finally contract documents. Our expertise in building design allows for the development of innovative alternatives for design concepts, which are carried through the production of contract documents maximizing the total functional value of the project. We mediate issues with Authorities Having Jurisdiction on behalf of the clients. When necessary, we organize required ‘consultants' to complete the team. Specializing in Building and Fire Codes, we resolve contentious issues for both new and existing buildings on behalf of our clients. The preparation of specifications and details with the design team allows for current building and fire codes to be implemented at the early stages of the project. During the contract administration phase, we are directly involved with field reviews, site meetings and shop drawing review to ensure construction is done in compliance with the approved drawings and specifications. At the post construction stage, will be directly involved in the preparation of record drawings, record specifications and technical audit response as required.

Upon request, we provide new construction and existing building inspections for clients prior to acquisition. We prepare fire safety plans and train client staff for implementation of emergency plans and the preparation of Life Safety Studies and Fire Code Retrofit Studies in conformance with the Ontario Fire Code. Our technical support team is made up of dedicated professionals and technicians who bring a wealth of expertise to the project development process. Our senior job captains have more than 25 years experience in the field, and their technical knowledge of the mechanical, electrical and structural elements of various building types helps them produce highly accurate and precise drawings. Our technical support staff co-ordinate their work with teams of consultants quickly and efficiently, using the latest computer software and hardware. We also ensure accurate and reliable project management through the use of management and accounting programs. The result for our clients is high-quality drawings that provide accurate cost estimates in the initial phases of the project. The precision of our drawings significantly reduces the number of costly extras that need to be added in later stages of the project.
